Your timeshare week can be exchanged for a week in any resort of your choice in India or abroad, including that of your parent resort. The value of your week is graded based on the type of season and hotel unit you have bought. ​ Benefits of enrolling with FOUR SEASONS EXCHANGES:
By exchanging your week with FSE you have the option of choosing from multiple locations / destinations for your holidays.
From the FSE bank you can obtain a prime week of your own resort as and when you decide to go for a holiday.
Accrual / Reverse Accrual: This facility enables you to carry forward your week to the following year or bring your next year's vacation time to the present year. This facility can be stretched for three consecutive years only.
Split Week: If you are an owner of one week, FSE allows you to have multiple holidays instead of just one holiday, by splitting your week into 3 + 2 + 2 or 3 + 4.etc.
Upgrade of Apartment / Seasons: If you are holding a smaller apartment e.g. compact or efficiency, you may upgrade your smaller apartment to a bigger apartment depending on your group's size. You have to pay an apartment-upgrade fees.
Safeguarding your week: If you deposit your week with FSE and the same has been utilised by FSE to provide an exchange for someone else (keeping you informed of the same), you can use the same number of used nights from FSE at any of the FSE listed resorts, even after 4 to 5 years, provided you continue to be an FSE member.
Purchase an extra/bonus week: If you desire to have an additional week or continue 2 to 3 weeks using reverse accrual, then you can buy the bonus weeks at a special price.
Rent: You may encash your week by renting the individual room nights or the whole week as per market value in the form of rent. The rent may vary from Rs.16000.00 to Rs.35000+ per week. This rate varies basis the season and size of your owned apartment.

UTILITY is a fee charged by each resort on a per day, per family basis (2 adults + 2 children below 5-10 years). This fee is basically charged for the supply of toiletries, linen, gas, electricity etc.

Consultancy services, for promotion and marketing of Holiday Scheme’s of resort developers are provided by the director of Four Seasons Timeshare, who has over 25 years of hands-on expertise in the timeshare industry.

The 10 stages of the consultation process will be as follows:

1. We will analyze your current holiday scheme and submit a report on the feasibility of the same in the current market conditions

2. We will then strategize and recommend, if required, a scheme that may be more suitable to prospective members in the current market scenario

3. Review of your current list of contacts / referrals to maximize enrollments economically and in the shortest span of time. If required we will personally contact prospective clients for you.

4. Recruitment of sales, marketing, customer relations executives etc.

5. Recruit onsite sales / marketing staff in required locations

6. Training for the above staff, which will be on an ongoing basis and as required

7. Implement the booking process

8. Launch of the scheme approved by the resort developer with maximum exposure in garnering prospective clients

9. Strategize to remain competitive with changing market trends

10. Offer FSTPL affiliated list of resorts for for multiple destinations enabling you to strengthen your marketing proposition

11. We are completely committed in supporting the scheme and its success, which will also depend on several variables, of which we may have no control.

12. Personal involvement, contribution approval and flexibility at all stages will be essential and required for the success of the project.

'Four Seasons' offers its consultancy services at a NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-ADJUSTABLE / NON - NEGOTIABLE fee of Rs.75,000.00 per month; payable in advance. Consultation is for a minimum of THREE months.

Four Seasons Timeshare Pvt. Ltd. (FSTPL) offers affiliation for its services and usage of its 160+ affiliated resorts/hotels in India (including all the leading timeshare resorts) and over 5000 resorts globally through RCI members. Marketers of Holiday Schemes are welcome to benefit from an affiliation with us, which will enhance their membership marketing multi-fold and also manage their member’ holiday bookings. As a part of the affiliation we do not expect the resort developer/owner:

◦To block any room night for FSTPL
◦To charge any additional fee to your members
Our affiliation fees includes the affiliation to our goodwill of close to 3 decades that has resulted in a 97% holiday confirmation rate for members + access to unlimited room nights for your members on payment of applicable utility charges that varies from resort to resort. The affiliation fee payable to us will be a one-time NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-ADJUSTABLE / NON - NEGOTIABLE fee, payable in advance, for the duration of affiliation per year.
